In addition to our exciting courses, community and Mentoring Program, Magicka School is also proud to offer our supporting members access to our exclusive E-Zine!
Each month we release a brand-new edition of The Magickal Light, professionally edited, compiled and packed full of exciting new contributions and interviews from world-famous Wiccan and Pagan authors, speakers and community leaders such as Zsuzsanna Budapest, Marcus Katz, the Ciceros, Raymond Buckland and many others. With Magicka School's very own Pino Longchild himself at the helm, you can rest assured that you will never be disappointed!
In addition to contributions from well-known figures on the Pagan scene, The Magickal Light also features articles, poetry, artwork and more submitted by the members of Magicka School! Have you ever wanted to write for a REAL Pagan magazine? Have you ever wanted to have your artwork distributed to thousands of viewers? Magicka School offers you the chance when you submit your work for publication in The Magickal Light!
Who can submit work for publication consideration?
Any member of Magicka School may submit their work for publication consideration! You may have your articles published alongside such famous names as Lon Milo Duquette, Maxine Sanders, Ellen Dougan, Ann Moura and others!
What are the requirements for submitted articles?
Articles submitted for publication consideration should be around 1200 words in length, although shorter works are acceptable. In general, all articles submitted should focus on some aspect of Paganism, magick, divination, prayer, celebrations, etc. Submitted articles may be edited for length and grammatical or spelling errors. Please remember that we cannot publish every single submission right away and we reserve the right to decide which articles are and are not suitable for publication in the E-Zine.
How do I submit something?
Before you submit any work for publication consideration, please try to ensure that you have proofread it first and that you have listed all sources and copyright information if you have quoted external text(s).
Once you have proofread your work, please contact Cassandra Carmentisis at cassandra@magickaschool.com or at the Magicka School Forum to discuss your ideas and to review your submission.
All finished articles and submissions should be then emailed to admin@magickaschool.com with the words "E-Zine Contribution" (or something similar) as the Subject Line. It is preferable that you provide your contribution in the form of an email attachment such as a text file, Word file or .doc file (etc).
